Log In
- Go to admin URL
- Enter User name and password

Manage Ballot Questions & Choices
- Log in
- Start a new ballot, or select an existing ballot and click the Add/Edit Questions tab
Type the name of the question you're working on
Select whether a response is mandatory, and how many responses are allowed
- Type any instructions for this specific question
- If you have one choice for this question, type it in the Add a Choice box; otherwise enter the number of choices for this question in the Add Choices box and click the Save Settings button.
- When the screen reloads, enter the choice names in the boxes now provided at the bottom of the screen
- Once choices are entered and the Save Settings button is pressed again, you may add detailed information for each choice by selecting the icon in the Add Details or Edit Details columns for the choice you wish to modify.

Start a New Ballot
- Log in
- Select Classic Mode or Wizard Mode

Manage The Voter List
- Log in
- Start a new ballot, or select an existing ballot and click the manage voter list tab
To add a single voter, click the Add Voter link at the bottom of the page and fill in the items that appear in a pop-up window.
To search for a voter, enter the voter's information in the search box to the right of the screen. All voters fitting the search criteria will be listed.
- Once the voter has been selected, click on the Manage Voter icon, use the pop up window to make changes, mark them offline or print their ballot.

Manage Global Settings
- Log in
- Click the Global Settings button
- Type your login screen top and bottom text
- Type your login credential labels

Preview the Ballot
- Log in
- Start a new ballot, or select an existing ballot; click the Preview Ballot tab.
- Review the sample ballot before activating your ballot

Manage Ballot Format Settings
- Log in
- Start a new ballot, or select an existing ballot; Click the Ballot Settings Tab
- Type the ballot title and url where users will be redirected after voting.
- Select whether you wish the election to be anonymous or not
- Select whether you wish to shuffle ballot questions; select whether you want a single or dual-column layout
- For long ballots, enter the number of questions you wish to appear on each page
- Select whether you want voters to review their choices before casting their vote
- In the optional settings section, select either nomination module or whether you will enter the choices yourself; select to enable voter registration or whether you will manage the voter list
- Type your welcome and sign out text

Activate Your Ballot
- Log in
- Start a new ballot, or select an existing ballot; click the Ballot Checklist tab
- If all the boxes are checked, click the Activate Ballot button
- Once you activate your ballot, many of the ballot setup features will be disabled.

Schedule Your Election
- Enter the date and time you wish to begin and end the election, and when the results will become available.
- Time settings are entered in military (24 hour) time, in Eastern Standard Time; there is no "a.m." or "p.m." option.
- If you wish to post the results to the voting booth area, voters will be able to log in once more to view the results of the election.

Send Email Reminder
- Log in
- Click the Email Reminder icon for the ballot you wish to manage
- Select whether to send to everyone, just voters who have not voted, or just those who have already voted
- Type your subject and message
- Select whether to send the user's credentials as a reminder in the email
- Type the name you want the email to be sent from, and your email address to receive a carbon copy
- Click send
